dear dave....
my car is allredy not going anywere due to a snapped suspention spring but i looked out of my front room window this morning to see my car leaning over for than it did the nught before.. so i wentoutside to have a look and some BELL-END has driven into my car in he night and smashed my bumber and ruinned my wing and i don't need this intop of the expenses of repairing my suspention...

what do i do find the car with paint transfer and kil them slowly untill they pay for the damage or is ther a better way to go about this.. HELP PLEASE !!!!!!
