Hello all, I'm Toby. I tried to introduce me self but I'm struggling
to post new topics so hope this works, first off I just want folks to
know that we have moved because the original site as great as it was
has been made smaller by the Council renting the over spill car park
to a caravan company , so the show had to be moved to a site where
it could grow, here is the show info. Hope to see you there.

Well it’s that time of year again! and due to popular demand we have
managed to secure a weekend venue for the show on June 3rd 4th & 5th
2011. At Pine Trees Leisure Park, Skegness, Croft Bank, Skegness,
Lincs, PE24 4RE

Due to the size of the old venue and the amount of people in
attendance the show will move to a weekender this year, with some nice
extra little touches.

[SIZE="4"]Tickets are on sale at £20 for the weekend and £8 per day
Saturday and Sunday. Under 14s go free.[/SIZE]

[SIZE="4"]Trade plots available are:

Midi Plot Frontage 6 metres wide by 6 metres deep £60.00

Maxi Plot Frontage 10 metres wide by 6 metres deep £80.00 This
includes weekend entrance for two people

The Gates will be open from 4PM Friday and in true Vegas style an
Elvis tribute act on in the bar on Friday evening plus the trade arena
will be open.

Keeping true to the seaside theme there will be plenty for the kids
and mum and dad to do with a children's entertainment area, plus,
rides, Football nets, Tug of war, graffiti displays, punch and Judy
shows, Donkey rides, Free comedy Viva Skeg Vegas photo boards and
much, much more. Live acts to be confirmed.
Fear not, the site is only a couple of miles from town so you will
still have the chance to go to the beach as Sunday will end the day
with an Ice Cream cruz to Xsite skatepark where Pro skate demos and
the famous Lincolnshire roller Derby Girls display.

As always the Skegvegas trophy table will be adorned with
trophies from the likes of, T2D, Auto Glym, Prosign, GSF, VolksWorld,
Milk&2, Neil F, and some new and equally as cool companies from over
seas!!!

there ya go, thats the offical dates, prices etc , ill keep it updated with other things to be added etc....

but for those thinking of jut the one day thing.... im thinking meet some where, early ride to pine trees , do the show shine thing (clubstand if they have one? yet to find out proper) , then do there ice cream cruz to skate park and those wanting to have a skate bmx can do so then?

im sre we'll sort things nearer the time but will make sure im not working the sunday folks!!

Sounds like a fantastic weekend. dubs gallore and then skate session afterwards. cant beat it!

beauty of a 1st post, if we had a club stand, but say some were camping for the weekend and some werent, would the cars just stay on the stand. plus what is the number of cars aloud on the stand?

am going sat afternoon and camping over now, so will be about both days, probably in a bit of a state.... lol, ill have to try and catch up with toby and find out some more details regarding any form of clubstand or grouped together parking as it all seems a bit vague from what ive read etc...

will let you know what i find out this week

Cheers Gaz for sorting this one out i will defo be up for this, what i would suggest is that we find out numbers of peeps that want to do the weekend and numbers for just one day, i want to do a weekend and would like it if we could get a good size group so that we can all camp together. It would also be good if we could get a club stand too, i will also speak to Map-Tech as i think they would be intrested in having a trade stand there too.
O and hello Toby and welcome along.

trade stands are available but youll have to contact toby direct on his email address to sort that, i message dhim last night and theres no clubstands as such, but if a group wants to camp / park together then they need to like meet up outside and all roll in together if they want to camp / park together , this is because of too many people say they will go and places reserved and then 50% dont show so space is wasted, and with this being camping too i think he wants it sorted so thats the score folks, not sure on how you get to show n shine etc if you want to put your cars on there etc.... im sure it will all come to light soon enough!!

I'm well up for this, was an awesome day out last year, lets hope the weather is as good as it was last year too! Don't know if we're camping or coming on the saturday yet, but this will be a good crack nonetheless.

Looks likw we will all be coming to skeg. Worthersee has been cancelled due to lack of funds on 2 of the 4 that was going.
we will be camping all weekend so hope to see you all there!!!!

Oh forgot to mention, watch out for a DJ set thats going, they where at VanJam last night, Awsome DJ with a two guys on percussion

me and a few mates camping on the sat night so will be about sat afternoon and sunday so hopefully catch up with a few

What day is the show and shine on. As I can only make the Sunday. Hoping it was then

sunday about dinner time i thinks, im there friday setting up the mini ramp, then back there saturday afternoon camping and drinking till sunday sometime

will be there early sunday morning so if i need a spot saving can you save me one.

got the tranpsportable mini ramp from the back of the skate park dismantled, transported then re assembled at the viva skeg vegas trade / event area, looks a good lay out , should be very busy and full to the bring with traders and people later on today!! not back there till tomorrow then stopping over, weather forecast is good, tbh i think youve got no chance of parking together for a clubstand style thing as i dont know the day visitiors cars are going or where the public camping is yet. i will mainly be drunk , sunburnt and probably falling off my skateboard then sleeping where i fall going to pick up a 02 plate a4 estate in a bit so hopefully will sleep in the back of that lol....
