MK2 big bumper mounting plug ?

Anyone know where to get these, ive looked everywhere i can think of and theres none in online shops, and none ever come up on ebay.

Its the round plug that the bumper sits on, it clips into the bodywork.

big bumpers shouls have the bigger brackets(thats what mine had) like these:

Ahh i see now cheers for that, no wonder my bumpers dont sit right, all 4 corners have the small bumper plugs in

Best off getting genuine ones, i had couple of sets off ebay for my mk2 and they snapped really easily, went to the stealers and they were only around 5-10 quid and lasted alot longer.

depends how low the bumper is.if it was like mine and scrapped everywhere they do snap easily cos of the bumper being forced upwards.
dont know how good genuine ones are as i never had them.

What i dont get is, it looks as if the big bumper ones have 2 plugs into the bodywork, but i only have 1 hole either side.

then yours is pre 90 and shouldnt have the 2 holes in, so shouldnt have big bumpers

yeah just realised that as mines 89, any way round it by drilling the extra hole? or do i just have to live with the small bumper clips. am not fussed either way as long as it sits better than it does now cos ive lost 1 side

haha it was nylon cord not long ago but took it off incase the mot place wasnt happy lol

on the drilling front, when the car got resprayed they may of welded the spair holes up of fillered them. there easy enough to redrill though. or rock small bumpers

I'd go back to small bumpers mate, will look much smarter! But if you want to stick with big bumpers you should be able to drill the wings to fit the mountings
