What a joke! Plenty of cars that can be sold on there! and i bet theres many VWs we could all have the parts off Wink

A BIG shame that they cant be sold on and wont be scrapped anywhere near us :\

None of those cars are going to breakers yards. They're all going to be crushed from what I remember Sad

Such as waste. The scrappage scheme was just one of Labour's fucked up way getting people to borrow money to buy new cars that they can't really afford, thus putting more money into the lending companies and the car industry Evil or Very Mad

Another fantastic idea by the govenment...scrapping and crushing thousands of perfectly good cars in exchange for souless rot boxes that'll be scrap foder in 10 years....all in the name of 'boosting the economy' by putting even more people in debt....my neighbour could run the country better; she's 1000 years old, deaf, going blind and drives a b reg bullet proof volvo that shes had since new! Smile
