site background colour

mentioned this to kai but wondered whjat other people thought.

i find the black a little too much, especially when viewing on my mobile. also i think the text in the drop down menus are black so you cant see them.

i think forums look a lot neater in lighter colours. lightening it up will also make pics in sigs not jump out as much.

i am not complaining by the way.

I like the black, i dont really like bright websites. I am more of a light text dark background kinda guy though.

Ok well what i will do is wait for a few more to comment on it and see what their views are and then maybe take it from there before i start to change anything. I am going to do some modding to the site possibly tonight but otherwise friday, make it a little easier on the eye and throw a few pics here and there in plus really want to change the icon logo for each section to something that is relivant for the i.e the garage will actual have a very small image of a garage etc etc

i suspect between each post there is a line that can be seen because of the black background.

I agree with the black being changed.Although would it not be viable to just have options in the user cp like other phb sites that you can choose different themes bit like this on another site i use.

mmm will have to have a look at this as cant really see where the option is to allow me to activate it but leave it with me and i will have a play around with it on friday.
