need a photoshop king! Empty need a photoshop king!

I'm tryng to convince my missus that we don't need any posh transport and that my car will be good enough with all the ribbons and stuff on. If I supply a pic of my car can someone photoshop ribbons on the wing mirrors and put the long ribbons on from the top of the A pillar to the middle front of the bonnet.
