Reason for Rallye Interior

Me and Ash went to Leicester Dub meet last night, it was foooookkking RAMMED! Some pretty tasty metal rolled in then this came in and it took me a while to realise what it was. At first I just thought that jetta front ends look gay on mk2's and that the borbets were nicer than mine as they were actually shiny. Then I noticed that the driver was sat on the wrong side, yes thats right... a fooking MINT rallye



I have only ever seen online pics and stated that they dont do it for me, but fook me they are nice in real life!

All my CW deadlines have passed so I have nothing to do, here is my first ever attempt of editing night shots

they are beautiful cars. there's a mint one at MSM in Winterton too.

that's a decent edit. i take it you didnt set the white balance beforehand? did you use a tripod?

sweet cars, bit out of my price range though!! a friend of mine JV who runs golfgti has a super minty one too, its same colour as that one but has some compomotive wheels and custom interior

Really love rallye's, where is the intercooler????? Thought they had them top mounted??? Or has this one been modded to have front mount?

yeh sit next to the engie with a heat shield on the golf rallyes, and corrados have em near the chasses leg somewhere.

Yeah they defo are top mounted, as you can see in your pic there is the engine cover and then some empty space to the right of it is where the intercooler sits.

Loving the pic mate. I had to laugh at how excited you got from seeing youre first rallye!!
I dont really like the look of them myself although I would own one if I ever had the chance!

All Rallyes have front mount IC, a very desirable item by virtue that pulls a premium price these days (especially with scene tax added)
It was the Golf G60's came with the useless top mounted intercoolers, I think only the ones with Aircon had the top mount though.

That would explaing why they are top mount then if they had aircon.

so... aircon rallye?

well, thats good, a pic of the interier in the car and then a pic so dark you can hardly see.

its got a tt motor in to start

and the rallye has a front mount and very hard to get hold of

was going to say its got a 1.8t engine in that and a big front mounted intercooler behind the grill !
