wheels what make ????????

sorry this isn't dub related so i'll keep it short
been searching through the bay for some mini wheels and would like something a bit different to the common types sort after for mini's...
i found these

i think there preety damn cool but is there any wheel guru's out ther who could enlighten me on make and possibly what era they're from as the seller and i have no clue :/

the make is Wella and they could be anything from circa 1970's to present
