help needed for the scirocco

Fitted a new clutch cable about 100 miles ago and its gone and eaten its self and snapped.....

So has any1 out there got a spare clutch cable for a mk1 golf/mk2 scirocco please....

as if you broke it already.

mums boyfreind baught me a new 1 that'l arrive tommorow so i'm not stuck in louth till i get paid and i'll straighten out the bend before fitting this 1 as thats what ate thru the last 1 and grease it up to hell so should be sorted......

and cleaned ma carb yesterday and fitted the k&n and its running perfect now i removed lots of muck and a peice of wire out of the carb :/

makes me wonder how well you cleaned it last time

i cant see why its destroying cables though

Its the same part of the cable as last time so im gunna straighten out the new 1 i rekon its the repair i did to the bulkhead cuz its more flat than the standard fixing was so it doesn't need the bend bbefore it anymore
