No I still dont beleave you car is a lot faster then me. I do think it is very fast. What would be good is to wait until i have the charger stage 4 and then yours on bike carbs and go again, hwever i woould be intrested in seeing caistor joining in this one???? What do you say?

Yeah agree, all i can say is that when you have the carbs on then i think we defo are going tt hunting again YouTube here we come, i think we should have some proper vids done to post on there?

Not sure what mine is putting out atm, not as much as it shoud be thats for sure. Going to take a trip to stealth racing asap to get her all set up and perhaps ask for a little more boost

I run a special pipe from my anus to my inlet manifold. When I fart it creates more boost than you can measure. Fart power is the way forward

Not really sure oon the power on mine as its just the standard G60 from a corrado so standard power, however i do need to really have a proper tink around with it as just spent the last few weeks running the engine in as hasnt been driven for months and months. My next mission is to source a decent performance panel filter, dont want an induction kit as the charger produces lots of heat, even if you have a heat shield it reall dosent doo enought to stop the hot air been sucked in. Once i have a good filter then i am going to drill some holes in the airbox and hopefully get the charger rebuilt to stage 4 which will hopefully put me towards the 220bhp bracket?????? With the right set up?

Yeah but had a proper look at it and there is some docs for one corrado and some for another both with different regs so not really sure which one is mine now, had to get my mum to translate it and by the sounds of it one of them had a smaller pully and chip on it which would be the 200bhp one but looking at mine it looks like standard size, was going to have a proper look at it on sat poss sun, also my pully belt has 7.5mm width whilst the smaller pullys use a 11.5mm width one so anoth indication it is the standard one Anyway just means i will have to start doing it my way.
What has you engine actually had done to it?????
Sam do you get much lag on yours as your pipe work travel around the back and under the car to the intercooler doesnt it???

Yer the lag is pretty bad but all part of the package, having an intercooler off a 2.9 litre tdi van doesnt help either

i would say its running near on same as mine and also, mine has had reprofiled cams, 2.1 stroker kit, balanced crank, 4-1 tubular manifold, s/s exhaust and a kand n panel filter. but need a new engine as its getting worn so when the funds allow im going to build another one just going to put 285 cams and double spring valves in instead or reprofiled cams. just waiting for the money to be there

You need to get an intercoller like mine, £70 off ebay, smaller and lighter too. How come the pipework has to go all the way round like that? Is there no way of shortening it?
liam, i agree that we are running about the same bhp. Do you mean you want to rebuild your engine or sell it to fund another one? Think you should get good money for it though as it is good, do you think it would fit in a 6n polo????

yes it would fit i would say and no not sell the engine build another better engine and find me a new lighter car to put it into. just like a mk1. then rebuild negs engine eventually and make that even better and get a super charger put on for good measure of p-p-p-p-poweeeeeeeeeeer

It could be made shorter but only slightly I think, by running it under the car it also cools too which is nice lol

O yeah didt really think about keeping it cooler, good idea that but if it was mine i would be playing aroung to get the pipes shorter as i dot like lag, iv got a little lag on mine and now want to fine tune the pipes to get rid of it.
